High Altitude Mindset LLC provides 1:1 ADHD coaching services for adults over a 90-day program, delivered via Zoom. Services include personalized coaching to support goal achievement, focus, and personal growth, along with a free 30-minute consultation to assess fit. Coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using our website or services, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3. Free Consultation

We offer a free 30-minute consultation via Zoom to discuss your needs and determine if our coaching program is right for you. The consultation is subject to availability and does not guarantee acceptance into the 90-day program.

4. Payment Terms

Fees: The 90-day coaching program is billed via Stripe at a rate of $5000

Payment Schedule: Payments are due per session or as outlined in your coaching agreement, processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Attend scheduled Zoom sessions on time and prepared.

Provide accurate and complete information during consultations, sessions, and forms.

Engage respectfully and communicate openly during coaching.

Notify us of any technical issues affecting Zoom sessions promptly.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Session Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.

Program Termination: Either party may terminate the 90-day coaching program with written notice. Refunds for unused sessions are subject to the refund policy above.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, disrespectful behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all personal and sensitive information shared during coaching with confidentiality standards equivalent to those under HIPAA, ensuring your data is protected. Refer to our Privacy Policy (lc.jeremyvanwert.com) for details on data handling.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our website or coaching services, including worksheets, resources, or assessments (e.g., ADHD Strengths Inventory), is owned by High Altitude Mindset LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without written permission.
